The Hall of F.A.M.E. fundraiser is our choir program sponsorship that runs mainly in the late summer and early fall each year, although we can accept sponsors all year long. The reason for the Fall concentration is because the primary benefit of sponsorship is to have our valued sponsors listed in all choir concert programs. The first concert of the year is the Fall Spectacular concert that's held at the end of September each year. As an added benefit, all Hall of F.A.M.E. choir sponsors will also appear in the program created for the Fall Musical in November (as applicable). All proceeds from the Hall of F.A.M.E. sponsorship benefit the NPHS General Choir Fund.
The Deadline for Hall of F.A.M.E. sponsorships to be included in the 2023 Fall Spectacular program is Wednesday, September 20, 2023. We will gladly accept additional sponsors throughout the school year, but they will appear in only the remaining print concert programs. If you want your name (Individual Sponsorship) or company (Corporate Sponsorship) included in the first concert program printing, please make sure you reach out to us with the online form below. Also, if you want to skip the hassle of the paperwork, please feel free to submit your interest electronically and we can work out the details separately. Why "Hall of F.A.M.E."?
|
F.A.M.E. stands for the "Fund for Attaining Musical Excellence". This program was created by the NPHS Choral Director and the Choir Booster Board as an effort to help allow our students to compete in Show Choir Competitions with other schools. The Hall of F.A.M.E. is a supplemental program to what parents and students already contribute personally to show choir at New Palestine High School. The more sponsors and funding we receive, the more we can do for our choir students and give them the best possible opportunity to compete on even ground with other schools. The Hall of F.A.M.E. helps the NPHS Choir Boosters cover costs in many areas, such as: competition entry fees, hiring choreographers, purchasing costumes and props, building sets, musical arrangements and providing choral awards for students.
Without the support of our great sponsors, NPHS Choir Boosters would not be able to provide the fantastic opportunity for our students to compete at show choir competitions, as the costs without support would be too high for many of our parents and students. We are grateful for the support we have received and we appreciate everyone who contributes financially to NPHS Choirs. |
Sponsorship Options

We have two options for Individual Membership in the Hall of F.A.M.E. This includes Individual Membership and Corporate Membership

Individual/Family Membership
|
The Individual Membership tier is provided for individuals in our community and city who have funds available and wish to show their financial support for the choral program at New Palestine High School, as well as ensuring that we can continue to offer a quality and low-cost opportunity for the students. There are two options for Individual Sponsorship: Applause and Ovation Membership.

Applause - $25 These sponsors will have their name listed in the Choral Concert Program (25 character limit).
Ovation - $50 These sponsors will have their name listed in larger font in the Choral Concert Program (25 character limit). |

For the above Individual Membership options for the Hall of F.A.M.E., we will need to know the family name (up to 25 characters) to place inside our choral programs. Just complete the enclosed Membership form and send your payment with a check made payable to "NPHS Choral Boosters". If you want to be an Individual/Family sponsor, but you don't want your name printed in the choir programs, please note "Anonymous" on the Form submitted.

Corporate Membership
|
The Corporate Membership tier is provided for businesses in our community and city to show their financial support for the choral program at New Palestine High School, and help underwrite many costs of the choral department. There are four options for Individual Corporate Membership: Patron, Sponsor, Benefactor and Underwriter.

Patron - $65 The sponsor name is listed on the Wall of F.A.M.E. plus they receive a business card size Ad in 4
choral concert programs. Benefactor - $135 The sponsor name is listed on the Wall of F.A.M.E. plus they receive a quarter page size Ad in 4 choral concert programs. Underwriter - $295 (and higher) The sponsor name is listed on the Wall of F.A.M.E. plus they receive a half page size Ad in 4 choral concert programs. |

For the above Corporate Membership options for the Hall of F.A.M.E., we will need an image of your company to place inside our choral programs (business card, your own artwork or we can work with you on an Ad logo).

Please note the size guidelines below to make our program look uniform and easy to assemble. Odd sizes, while they may be unique, make it harder to assemble and publish the program so we may have to edit your design if they don't adhere to the sizes noted below.
Business Card will typically be 2 inches high and 3.5 inches wide.
Quarter Page is taller, than wider at approximately 5 inches high and 3.75 inches wide.
Half Page is wider than it is taller and is approximately 7.5 inches wide by 5 inches high.
