If you have an electronic calendar you maintain on your personal computer or you have an electronic calendar on your phone, you can synchronize the calendar of your students choir so that you have instant access to all rehearsals and performances for the remaining school year. While we cannot list the instructions to synchronize both Android and iOS phones, since it varies from phone to phone and works differently with Android versions, we can say that it does work. When you do get to your calendar settings, when it prompts you for synchronizing the calendar, if you have an option for an html link, it is listed below. If you have any questions about how to synchronize, contact us and we may be able to help. You probably also can get detailed information from your choir student - they likely already know how to synchronize an electronic calendar.
